Alexandra Cooperstock is a PhD student in the department of Sociology at Cornell. Her work includes studying inequality in the education system, which she highlighted during this session.
Hamid Turker is a PhD student in the department of psychology and the assistant curator of the Wilder Brain Collection at Cornell. He studies attention and the processes in the brain when that occurs. During this session he introduced us to the field of cognitive science.
Anna Whittemore is a PhD student in the department of Anthropology studying anthropology and bioarchaeology. She studies the Inka empire in modern day Peru and introduced us to different techniques she uses.
